The Youth Center has a comprehensive recreational program designed to provide a variety of wholesome recreational opportunities that reflect the diverse interests and needs of the youth. Being a Boys and Girls Club of America helps the center be more than just a gym and a game room.

The Youth Center offers before and after school and interim care for children from kindergarten to 12 years of age, including organizing activities, breakfast, lunch, and a snack. The team youth sports span soccer, flag football, basketball, and baseball.

Instructional classes in martial arts, gymnastics, tennis, golf, dance, tap and ballet, aerobics, piano, arts and crafts, drama, electric guitar, saxophone, sewing, and modeling are also available. There are field trips for athletic events, theatrical performances, amusement parks, and outdoor recreational activities. Not to forget the dances, parties, contests, workshops, and seminars.

The older youth have a separate hangout at the Teen Zone, located in the BX Mini-Mall. Teens can stop by to finish homework, socialize, or be part of organized activities.
